Meet the American Commerce Bank Team.

David Tate

President / CEO

David Tate has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk and Credit Officer for American Commerce Bank for the past seven years and has recently been promoted to President / CEO.  He is responsible for the strategic management of all credit adminstration, policy and loan approval functions, as well as special and classified assets management, collections and recovery.  He has previously served as Director of Loan Review and Special Assets Manager for Renasant Bank, a multi-state regional bank headquarted in Tupelo, Mississippi. David received his B.S.degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama.

Kevin Thrash

Executive Vice President

Kevin Thrash has 30 years’ experience in Credit Management, Project Management, Corporate Finance, and Banking.  Kevin is American Commerce Bank's Senior Lender and is responsible for loan production and underwriting.  He has a BBA from Mississippi State University, an MBA from Georgia State University, and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Kevin is also a Certified Treasury Professional.
